Rory McIlroy and wife welcomes first baby, Poppy Kennedy

18-time PGA Tour winner Rory McIlroy is proudly happy to announce to the world that his wife, Erica, had given birth to their first child, Poppy Kennedy. The couple had been quiet during the pregnancy but when the baby was out, they were all smiles and happy as ever. It was during the BMW Championship that Rory announced that they're about to be parents, but he kept it within their family and close friends. Rory will be participating and defending his title at the upcoming Tour Championship in Atlanta, Georgia with a newfound energy after the birth of his first baby.
