One way to execute a powerful and efficient golf swing is utilizing the lower body; and one person to strongly agree to that is none other than golf legend Arnold Palmer. It's one of his simple secret (not anymore!) that earned him 65 wins on the PGA Tour and one of the first inductees to golf's Hall-of-Fame. ‘The King' has 4 easy steps on lower body movement; 1) lifting the left heel, 2) pressing the left heel, 3) more space between the legs/squatting and 4) making sure your lead leg is straight.
