Matthew Wolff climbs into contention at Shriners Children’s Open
Matthew Wolff had a decent opening round at the 2021 Shriners Children's Open but quietly moved back up into contention with currently at 11-under. After 36 holes, Wolff posted 67 and is 3 shots back of Sungjae Im and Chad Ramey. Last year, Wolff had an opportunity to win at Shriners by playoff rounds but was eventually won by Martin Laird and now Wolff will have the chance to win it again after a good 2nd round performance. For now, Wolff says that he'll just take it one shot at at time and hopes to avoid making mistakes during the next rounds at TPC Summerlin.
