There’s a new captain at the Royal & Ancient

One of the most prestigious and oldest-running golf clubs in the whole world will be having a new captain for the 2018-19 season. Chris Hilton, a retired lawyer and a member of the of the club's general committee, will be taking over the captaincy at the R&A. He was one of the integral parts on the development of the Rules Modernization under the USGA, taking effect the first day of 2019.
