Policeman found dead at Barry Burn in Carnoustie

A police officer was found dead at Barry Burn, located near the Carnoustie Golf Links. Sources say that the Scottish police officer's name is Dean Morrison of the Tayside Division and has served for 16 years. A person of interest looms as a cab driver dropped off Morrison near the hotel a night before he died. Andrew Todd, Morrison's Divisional Commander, said that he was a respected officer in his division and his death is a great loss to them.
