A blend of golf and football is a bit weird, but football moves can be a great work-up to add more power into your game. The right arm is the point of this golf exercise as it's the most difficult part of the hand to utilize (at least for some golfers). These football exercises include basic passing and throwing a football, and soon you'll find out that using some of these football moves is a big power boost to your golf game.
