Peloton workout; Rory’s new fitness routine
Haven't you heard of the latest workout routine that Rory McIlroy has been being active in? It's the Peloton workout; and surely (assuming) you have no idea what it is. This type of workout includes riding a bike (yes, a bike!) in which you go out in groups riding closely to each other. Its main objective is very simple; energy saving through team and rider interactions. It would be odd for a golfer but being a fitness-obsessed like Rory, engaging in Peloton is highly beneficial and can be done by anyone.
