Next to pull out at Bethpage Black is Vijay Singh

Coming with Justin Thomas who recently withdrew from the 2019 PGA Championship is Vijay Singh. ‘The Big Fijian' cited a nagging back injury as the main cause of his withdrawal at Bethpage Black Course. Singh, like Thomas, has won at the PGA Championship on two occassions, year 1998 and 2004 but hasn't won a PGA Tour event since 2008. Singh's last outing was at the 2019 Honda Classic to which he was 3 strokes behind event winner Keith Mitchell.
