International Golf Federation’s new president; Annika Sorenstam

Next year, the International Golf Federation will be having a newly-elected president and it's none other than LPGA legend Annika Sorenstam. Current (and outgoing) president Peter Dawson decided that he won't be considering a re-appointment by the end of his term after serving for 10 years. The IGF board has clearly made a good choice in appointing Sorenstam, who holds a credible and impressive reputation in golf including an induction at the 2003 World Golf Hall-of-Fame.
