The glute bridge workout routine is now being used by sports athletes everywhere for its efficiency and its physical benefits. Fitness instructor Averee Dovsek is here to demonstrate how to do the glute bridge exercise, as it targets our body strength and lower body stability. Aside from the fact that glute bridge improves strength, it's also an important workout routine to reduce/prevent injury.
