DJ scores the first penalty of 2019 at Kapalua

It's this early that Dustin Johnson has been slapped with a two-shot penalty after playing the wrong ball during the 2nd round of the Sentry Tournament of Champions at Kapalua, Hawaii. It was Rule 6.3(c) #1, wherein a player must not make a stroke at a wrong ball. Penalties are often incurred during a golf season and DJ isn't a stranger to these penalties, to which he actually he voiced out some ideas and changes on the Rules of Golf.
