Since we are all advised to stay at home during this pandemic virus, why don't we do make the most of our time and do some exercises which can help us improve our swing. In these exercises, it would correct the early extension of our swing, which is a common problem during downswing. Avoiding the early extension in your swing consists of 2 simple steps: the overhead deep squat and the pelvic tilt test.
