1st lawsuit goes to TaylorMade
TaylorMade won round 1 of lawsuit with PXG, with presiding judge John Tuchi denying PXG of a temporary restraining order, halting the sale of TaylorMade's P790 irons in the market temporarily. The next topic of the hearing would be about the injuction request against the said irons and it would be in November.
